I’m Elizabeth. I’ve been a journalist since 2008, working on

the national stage as a correspondent with FOX News, an

anchor and reporter on Morning Express with Robin Meade,

and now as a correspondent and contributor for NewsNation.

I also host the podcast Raising America with The Hill, where we dig

into the real issues shaping families, culture, and the country.

 

But titles and networks only tell part of the story.

 

I’m also a wife and a mom of three. I married my college

sweetheart, Darren O’Day, a retired, World Series–winning Major

League Baseball player. Together, we’re raising kids who know

how to get dirty, work with their hands, and live life beyond

screens and electronics.

 

Off camera, you’ll find me knee-deep in sourdough starters, backyard chickens, holistic health rabbit holes, and the

daily chaos of family life. I believe in raising resilient kids, asking hard questions, and telling the truth—even when it’s

uncomfortable.

 

Here, we talk about politics, motherhood, culture, power, faith, and the moments

that never make it to TV.

 

No producers. No scripts. No pretending.

 

Just raw conversations, honest perspective, and the truth as it  actually unfolds—

messy, complicated, and deeply human.
